State Fair of Texas

Last Sunday, we went to the State Fair with our friends, the Eder's and the Passmore's. Our older girls are all in 1st grade together as well as hip-hop. Anna and Maddie used to be on the same soccer team, and now Anna and Caitlin are on the same team. The younger, or in my case middle, girls are all in dance and soccer together and will be going to kinder together next year. This was the first time we had taken the girls to the midway at the fair, and as you can tell by the pictures, they all had a blast! Ava was great in her stroller for the most part, and she just clapped and laughed at her sisters and friends. We didn't try the fried butter, but we definitely had our fair shore of junk food - cotton candy and funnel cake! It was overcast and cool out, but I thought it was great weather for being outside, so much better than 100 degree heat.
I will let the pictures speak for themselves, but I think this may become an annual outing...
Make sure you look at the 'older posts' to see the Balloon Festival post I also just put up :)
