Playing with the camera

I was having fun with the camera this afternoon, so here are a couple of my favorite shots. We have been having birthday parties galore, so I will update on those and soccer - first games are this week! Anna and McKenna have gotten very annoyed with me taking pictures, so it is hard to get them to cooperate. Ava is pretty good at always turning so that her back is to me, but she can only move so fast, so I am still able to get more shots of her.

Uncle Mike's Birthday - a little early

Uncle Mike was in town last week, so we celebrated his birthday a little early. He was happy to have the day all to himself since ever since he was 4, he had to share with his baby brother - and he has never forgiven Patrick! :) The girls loved it since they get one more birthday cake. Here are a few pictures to celebrate the day. Yes, the girls are wearing Christmas dresses - they decided that if Uncle Mike could celebrate his birthday a month early, then they could celebrate Christmas a month late!

Ava also figured out that she can use her walker toy to get to the stairs, so now we have the gates back up!
